Mr. Forestner attended the University of Miami School of Law (J.D., 2000) where he graduated magna cum laude, was a Dean's Merit Scholar, and a member of the Order of the Coif. Mr. Forestner obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia (B.B.A. 1984, Risk Management and Insurance). Mr. Forestner's practice areas include business litigation, including complex litigation involving commercial, insurance, medical and environmental disputes. In addition, his practice includes representing clients in personal injury and medical malpractice litigation.
