Mr. Moldovan was born October 27, 1961 in New York, New York. He is a graduate of New College of the University of South Florida (B.A., 1982) and Emory University (J.D., 1985), where he was a member of the moot court society. Mr. Moldovan is currently a member of the State Bar of Georgia, as well as the Administrative Law Section, the General Practice and Trial Section, the Local Government Law Section, and the Real Property Law Section.
Mr. Moldovan has practiced law since 1986, and his practice areas include both transactional work and litigation, including assisting clients in starting software and internet companies, incorporating small businesses, federal and state regulatory matters, handling commercial real estate closings, and preparing various corporate agreements, including stock option plans (both qualified and non-qualified), shareholder agreements, buy/sell agreements, and confidentiality agreements. He has also handled various significant tort claims, trademark issues, employment related claims, covenants not to compete, and complex commercial litigation.
